Gangasagar

Gangasagar Mela is the World's second-largest human congregation at the confluence of the holy river Ganga and the Bay of Bengal after Kumbh. The island is quite large with an area of 224.3 km located on the continental shelf of the Bay of Bengal about 100 km south of Kolkata.
